U2 Last Question - Homework

A visualisation diagram is   a rough drawing or sketch of what the final static image product is intended to look like. They will have annotations to describe the design ideas. Typically, a  visualisation diagram  is hand drawn, but it does not need any artistic skills to communicate ideas. In this essay I will be evaluating the effectiveness of using a visualisation diagram as part of the pre production process.  Firstly a visualisation diagram is effective because it shows a visual image of how the product will look when it finally comes together this means the team will have a clear idea of what myholidayplanner.com will hopefully look like, this includes house style, font size and style and what images will be added to the website. Question 2 - Copyright issue because if use found images of students without actually taking the photos himself  then the rightful owner could file a law suit against him if he didn't have the permission to use them images.  Question 4 (a) - Use online project management tools such as ASANA.com, Monday.com and Microsoft Teams. These are good because they can be private (password protected), collaborative and they can upload work.                     (b) - A drawback of using an online project management tools is that they made need to train the entire the staff to use this.
