Unit 2 Exam Feedback

Question 2 - Copyright issue because if use found images of students without actually taking the photos himself  then the rightful owner could file a law suit against him if he didn't have the permission to use them images. 

Question 4 (a) - Use online project management tools such as ASANA.com, Monday.com and Microsoft Teams. These are good because they can be private (password protected), collaborative and they can upload work. 
                   (b) - A drawback of using an online project management tools is that they made need to train the entire the staff to use this. This takes up time and giving them less time to complete the project 

Question 5 - Link to the brief and use another primary research method. 

Question 6 - Remember to link it back to the brief. Another idea would be adding a map of the bars and clubs in the city and around the university, this is is a good and original idea since a lot of students who go to university enjoy going drinking with their friends at night. This links to the brief because  the main demographic age is 17-25 year olds and these are near the ages people are able to drink legally. 

Question 7 - Site map is a structural diagram that shows navigation of the website. From the homepage, main page and sub pages. 

Question 8 - Header (with the logo), Search tab ("placeholder") , image placeholder (carousel of images), sponsors placeholder, text such as information about the university, university motto. Latest news, event happening  or work experience. Colour scheme. I need to add what the text is about, what type of font I am using for different parts of the text. 

Question 9 - A SWOT analysis doesn't show you the timescale and planning, it doesn't show them the navigation bar or how it's going to look as a final product. It doesn't show what each member of personnel needs to do what. However with other documents it would be a lot useful when put with something like a proposal. Level 1 - may not know what a SWOT analysis is, Level 2 - Shows only the advantages, Level 3 - Shows advantages and disadvantages, Level 4 - Excellent evaluation, explains which other documents can be used with a SWOT analysis.
