  •  Proposal/treatment/project outlines: Proposed content and Distribution 
  • Production schedule: Task and Time 
  • SWOT analysis: Strengths and Weaknesses 
  • Asset log: 
  • Call sheet: Personnel, equipment being used, actors/models.  
  • Risk assessment: Risk if they are using the equipment, health and safety. 
  • Storyboard: Camera work and notes about sound, scene content, written scene content and scene number. 
  • Script: Dialogue, character name, scene synopsis, diegetic and non diegetic sound, scene number, editing techniques (fade out and fade in)
  • Shooting script: scene numbers, camera angles and direction, detailed special effects, special notations regarding acting, time code. 
  • Concept art: Colour, texture, character shape, synopsis of character
  • Visualisation diagram: House style, font, text boxes, annotations, actual shape, title, position, layout and content. 
  • Flat plan/wireframe: Navigation, house style, layout, header, footer, picture place holder, annotations, text place holders (sample text) 
  • Prototype: Basic demonstration
  • Page mock-up: specifically for print products
  • Set design: indoor set and outdoor set 
  • Form (i.e. consent, release): location and actor/models, has to have a signature 
  • Site structure diagram: hierarchy for apps and navigation
