Task 3: Forms and job roles.

 What is project management software?

It’s a software were a team can work together on a project. Such as Monday.com. It can be used as a communication tool. A hub that is bought by business to plan projects. People can work together on it. 

What is a production schedule?

It is used to meet deadlines, assign tasks and what equipment is needed. 

Why is a spreadsheet useful?

Analyse data and present it in graphs and charts. 


1. Call sheet/ daily planner - used for going on location to film, tells us who needs to be there, what time they need to be there and what equipment to bring.

2. Consent and release forms - models, actors, location release, content release - A consent form is a document that gives us consent to film, interview and photograph.
