- Proposal/treatments/projects outlines are used to give a basic idea on what you are wanting to create, what is going to involved and who are you targeting with your product. It also gives a team more of an idea on how you are going to create this product. It asks us the purpose and equipment.  - Production schedule is used to show what jobs need to be done and when.
