Task 2: Logitics

 Logistics means the detailed organising and implementation of a project or making a product. 


The things included in ‘logistics’:

- researching information and analysing it. 

- the movement of equipment 

- gathering and reaction of assets 

- organising or assigning the appropriate and correctly skilled staff for a job. 

- carrying out the planning and scheduling 

- creating the pre-production documents 

- communicating with a client.

- Proposal/treatments/projects outlines are used to give a basic idea on what you are wanting to create, what is going to involved and who are you targeting with your product.
