LO4 KTA 5: What are pre production documents used for?

- Proposal/treatments/projects outlines are used to give a basic idea on what you are wanting to create, what is going to involved and who are you targeting with your product. It also gives a team more of an idea on how you are going to create this product. It asks us the purpose and equipment.  - Production schedule is used to show what jobs need to be done and when. Production schedules are also used to show who is doing what job as well. Dates, workflow, activities and tasks, equipment and personnel and deadlines.  - SWOT analysis is used to show the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats within the product you are making.
